Hi there, Patch folks. I just bought a house in Caledonia and with all this crazy rain we're concerned that we have so much standing water in our drainage ditch. Is this a city thing maybe attached with the sewers or a private homeowner problem? What department do I call at the city to inquire about the drainage ditch or who privately can you recommend to call?
