Winter Services, Inc. Hires General Manager

Winter Services, Inc., one of the largest snow-removal companies in the U.S., has recruited Jeff Otto as its new general manager.

“Jeff Otto has a proven track record of business growth through exemplary customer service. His experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow the best snow removal company in the USA,” said Fritz Frazier, owner of Winter Services.

Otto joins the Winter Services team from FABCO Cat, Wisconsin’s Caterpillar dealership.  It was there that Otto brought rental equipment solutions to local contractors. During his successful tenure at FABCO, Otto was the top rental specialist, targeting “A” level road building and construction firms.
