• City budget amended for ambulance service (waupacanow.com) — Clintonville officials have amended the 2026 city budget and created a special revenue fund to launch a city-operated ambulance service, including hiring six full-time staff. Using $806,000 from a 2024 bond issue and over $200,000 from the general fund, the city plans to buy two ambulances, purchase a 7th Street garage from Clintonville Utilities, and modify existing fire and city hall facilities.
