ā¢ North Prairie exploring possibility of public safety referendum (gmtoday.com) ā North Prairie officials are weighing a public safety referendum that could affect shared fire and EMS services with the Village and Town of Eagle, as they renegotiate their Kettle Moraine Fire District contract. Working with financial advisor Ehlers, the board is exploring one or two ballot questions for April 2027 to stabilize funding for police, fire, and EMS coverage.
