Beyond Pain
Recent discoveries in pain science have transformed our understanding of what pain is, how it works, and—most importantly—how it can be changed. From minor injuries to long-standing chronic pain, learning how pain functions in the body and how to respond to it has proven to be a powerful tool for healing. In this workshop, you will be guided through the latest research and practical strategies from the field of pain neuroscience. Our instructor will also share some of his powerful personal story—how this knowledge helped him reduce over a decade of chronic pain—and how it might help you or someone you care about.
