Milwaukee County District 6 2011 Constituent Survey Results

Dear Friends:

I would like to share with you the results of the constituent survey I recently conducted among the residents of the Sixth District.  The response rate - over 500 responses - is the highest ever.  I truly appreciate the feedback provided by those who responded to the Survey. 

In reviewing the responses it is clear to me that there remains a significant dose of skepticism towards the ability of Milwaukee County to manage its finances and adequately provide services, as well as a strong desire for government reform.  Most respondents are also weary of increased government spending and cite taxation as one of the most pressing concerns.  These results clearly reinforce the imperative to seek meaningful county government reform and oppose any unjustified and burdensome taxes on Milwaukee County residents and businesses alike.
