Run for the Hills/Walk in the Park Fundraiser Oct. 13

The annual Run for the Hills/Walk in the Park in Kletzsch Park, a fundraiser for the Glendale-River Hills School District Foundation, will take place on Saturday, October 13, at 9 a.m.

Runners and walkers have the choice of a 5K or one-mile course.The walk/run begins and ends at Parkway Elementary School, 5910 North Milwaukee River Parkway, Glendale, and travels along the Milwaukee River Parkway and through Kletzsch Park. 

Trophies are awarded to the top three runners in several divisions: girls and boys 4th grade and under, girls and boys 5th - 8th grade, and women and men high school or older.

The goal of the event is to help foster a positive neighborhood spirit for the community and to raise money to support students in the Glendale-River Hills School District. Click here to register for the event.
