Spotlight will shine on caregivers: “Recognition, Renewal and Care for Caregivers” event set for Nov. 12
Those caring for individuals with conditions resulting from stroke, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease or other long-term health conditions are invited to attend an interactive, daylong seminar on Saturday, Nov. 12 at VMP-Manor Park in West Allis.
“Recognition, Renewal and Care for Caregivers” is free of charge and will provide family and home caregivers relief from their daily responsibilities, as well as opportunities to network and learn valuable information that will help them progress in their caregiving roles.

The event will take place Saturday, Nov. 12th from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at VMP-Manor Park, located at 8621 W. Beloit Road in West Allis.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit educational, hands-on caregiving exhibits, attend expert presentations, and enjoy activities such as shopping and aromatherapy. They will also be provided with a healthy lunch and refreshments, as well as the chance to receive giveaways and win door prizes.
