Healthy Momma's Going Into Business with Babies in Tow

Drum roll please...baby #3 is here.

Yes, life is crazy but my husband and I love it, and are thriving.

My name is Elizabeth Braatz, and along with my husband, we are the owners of Red Mango RiverPoint, a new serve-yourself frozen yogurt store. We provide nonfat, gluten-free, Kosher and vegetarian treats for our customers. After wanting to go into business for ourselves and selecting Red Mango as the venture of choice, my husband and I went for it. After nine months of hardwork, we are now open for business. 

Outside of this venture, my husband is an accounting main frame programmer for U.S. Bank Corporation and a volunteer firefighter for the Village of Thiensville. I am a freelance writer for MetroParent magazine and blogger for milwaukeemoms.com. I am also a group exercise instructor for the YMCA.

Our most important jobs in life are being the devoted parents to our three-year-old twins, Emma and Carter, and our almost seven-month-old daughter, Sydney. Until very recently, we had three munchkins under the age of three at home. This means three in diapers, three up by 6 a.m. and three needing much of mommy's attention. 

Yet, our lives are filled with much happiness and joy. Our children bring the greatest sense of accomplishment and wonder into our lives. And the opening of our business has shown us that hardwork and dedication proves to be the best avenue for success.
