Nicolet Recreation Department Offering Pressing, Carving and Stamping Clay Tiles

Learn pressing, carving and stamping clay art tiles. They are ornamental, low relief and often depict natural scenes and motifs.   Sculpt clay and pour plaster to make a mold for reproducing your tiles.  Explore pressing, stamping and carving clay tiles to design a mosaic.  Please, bring an image to the first class that you will use for inspiration.  The instructor has a degree in ceramics from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
