End of Life Teachings from Nature and from Native America with Dennis Hawk

“When I think of my life ending a smile comes to my face, not because I have a death wish of some sort, but because I love life and Creator saves his best for last.  Like Spring follows Winter, birth follows death...something must give way in order for the sparkle of newness to be experienced.  I am but a seed ready to germinate in the fertile soil of the ash-pit.  What I am cannot be compared to what I will become.”  Drawing from the symbols of Nature, Dennis will present both the subtle and strong hints from Nature that prepare us for what is to come when life ends.  Dennis will also give us a window into Native American ceremony that will help us as we or those we love approach the end of life.  Light refreshments and food provided.
