Milwaukee River Watershed: Fish Passage Program

Milwaukee River Watershed: Fish Passage Program

Friday, April 12 from 9:00am-12:00pm

The Milwaukee river watershed provides essential aquatic habitat for a variety of fish and other organisms. This program highlights initiatives by the Fish Passage Program, to remove barriers, such as dams and debris jams that prevent animals from accessing critical habitats. Andrew Struck, Director of Ozaukee County Planning and Parks Department, will provide a presentation and tour of the recovery efforts in the Village of Thiensville. The program meets and begins at the Thiensville Village Park, 250 Elm Street, at 9:00 AM
