Shavuot

The Holiday of Shavuot celebrates G-d’s giving the Torah to our people 3325 years ago. Observances include the reading of the Ten Commandments, all-night learning, holiday services, and delicious dairy foods.   

Schedule for Wednesday, May 15th

9:00am  Services

10:00am Reading of the Ten Commandments & Children's Ice Cream Party 

• Kids Prep Shavuot Meals for the Homebound and Learn about the Holiday  

11:30am  Kiddush, Omer Counting Cheesecake Awards, and Kids Ice Cream Bar 

• Kiddush Menu:  French Onion Soup; Dairy Caesar Salad; Cheesy Tuna Quiche; and a Dairy Pasta Bar with Portabella Mushrooms, Roasted Peppers, Roasted Eggplant, Marinated Tofu, and more with your choice of Pesto, Rich Tomato and Alfredo Sauces. 


• Desserts include an array of cheesecake, ice cream and toppings, and fresh fruit.
