Come tour Milwaukee’s latest endeavor in sustainability, Sweet Water Organics urban farm. Creative, innovative and forward-thinking, the Sweet Water folks have repurposed an industrial crane factory into an urban farm to grow fresh, safe produce and fish for local Milwaukee restaurants and residents. We’ll see aquaponics and we’ll learn about honey production and composting. Please dress for the weather as part of the tour will be outside.
