Police say she has 14 prior arrests, 5 for retail theft and had been arrested for trying to steal again.

GLENDALE — Police are looking for a 50-year-old Milwaukee woman who they say has 14 prior arrests, 5 for retail theft and had been arrested for trying to steal again.
According to her criminal complaint, Deborah Walker was arrested on Thursday, May 12 at the Kohl's Department Store in the Bayshore Town Center for attempting to steal merchandise from the store.
Police say store video surveillance cameras recorded Walker attempting to remove 10 intimate apparel items from their display and conceal them in her shoulder bag.
The complaint said she exited the store without paying for them. The value of the stolen property was valued at $85.
According to her criminal complaint, Walker told Glendale police that she had been stealing since she was 14 years old and that she had intended to keep the items to wear them.
Court records show Walker, who was out on a $250 signature bond, was due in court on Monday, but failed to appear for a pre-trial conference.
If convicted, she could face 18 months behind bars or up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
