Like beer?
Head to the lakefront for the Fourth Annual Milwaukee Brewfest on Saturday, July 27, from 3-7 p.m. at McKinley Park.Over 250 craft beers will be available for unlimited sampling. Along with craft beer, micro brews, and hard ciders from around the world, the event includes live music, home-brewing demonstrations, a silent auction, raffles, exhibits, and a variety of foods for purchase.
Milwaukee Brewfest will use this year’s event to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin. Founded in 1984, the Wisconsin Make-A-Wish chapter has granted the wishes of over 4,700 children with serious medical conditions. The cost of an average wish is $9,000, and Milwaukee Brewfest would like to help grant as many wishes as possible.
A limited number of general admission tickets are still available for $40 in advance or $45 at the gate. Designated driver tickets are available for $15 and include a brat or hot-dog meal and three beverage tickets for water or soda. To purchase tickets, visit milwaukeebrewfest.com
Nearby parking will be available. Milwaukee Brewfest will also offer a shuttle bus the day of the event. Only adults age 21 or over are admitted to the event. No children or pets are allowed.
