How they see it: Walker and Barca on this week in WI law-making

MADISON – Two very different takes on legislative activity this week.

First, the Democrats’ weekly radio address from Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca, D-Kenosha, who, despite his party’s silence in Assembly passage of the 2013-15 budget Wednesday, had plenty to say Thursday on the state of the Republican-led Legislature.

Then, a word from Gov. Scott Walker, who lauded passage of a $25 million venture capital bill, one of the few bipartisan measures of this contentious spring session.
