Man shot, killed in Brown Deer Near 50th and Bradley

Although police have the man they believe was responsible for the shooting, the shooting is still under investigation.

BROWN DEER -- A man was shot and killed Monday night in Brown Deer, and police are asking for the public's help to learn more about this crime.

According to a report from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, officers responded to a report of a subject shot in the 5000 block of West Bradley Rd. in Brown Deer about 10 p.m. Monday.

The victim was transported to Froedtert Hospital by the North Shore Fire Department. He was pronounced dead upon arrival, according to a news release from the Brown Deer Police Department.

The suspect in the shooting was taken into custody. The suspect and victim knew each other, the news release stated. Although police have the man they believe was responsible for the shooting, the shooting is still under investigation.
