New Dispatchers Welcomed To Bayside
A total of 10 new dispatchers have been hired and will be transitioned to the newly constructed Bayside Communications Center expected to launch in July 2012.

As part of the consolidated Dispatch merger, the Village has hired 10 new dispatchers to handle services relating the the communities of Bayside, Fox Point, River Hills, Glendale, Shorewood, Brown Deer, Whitefish Bay, and the North Shore Fire Department.
Many of the employees being hired have dispatching experience, having worked at the soon to be transitioned North Shore Communications Center (serving Glendale, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay) or with the Village of Brown Deer.

All of the dispatchers are currently working out the Bayside or North Shore Communications center. They will be transitioning to Bayside throughout the next several months, with the newly constructed Bayside Communications Center expected to come online in early July.
