Nicolet Principal Takes Job in Menomonee Falls
With Greg Depue's resignation, the school district will experience the simultaneous turnover of three administrator positions.

Greg Depue and Rick Monroe came to Nicolet High School together, and at the end of June,Β they will leaveΒ together.Β
Depue, the school's principal, will end his six-year career with the Nicolet School District to take a math interventionist job at Menomonee Falls High School. DePue started applying for jobs as early as May 7, whenΒ The Daily Union reportedΒ he was a finalist for the principal position atΒ Fort Atkinson High School. Β
DePue was not immediately available for comment Friday afternoon.Β Before coming to Nicolet, DePue was anΒ associate principal at Brookfield East High School, and an associate principal in Cudahy. He also taught in Brookfield and Menomonee Falls.Β

Depue's departure marks the third Nicolet administrator to resign at the end ofΒ this school year.Β
Superintendent Rick Monroe isΒ leaving the districtΒ toΒ becomeΒ director of youth services at theΒ Milwaukee Center for Independence, whichΒ helps people with disabilities live independently.
Filling Monroe's shoes on July 1Β will beΒ Robert KobylskiΒ β who isΒ currently the superintendent ofΒ Menasha Joint School District.

School Board President Marilyn Franklin also expects the board will hire a newΒ director of curriculum and instruction at its next school board meeting. That positionΒ was left available whenΒ Lisa Elliott took the job of superintendent at Greenfield School District.
