American Pies 101!
Sink your teeth into classic American pumpkin and chocolate pecan pies! In this hands-on pie baking class you will learn the basic technique of how to make flaky pie dough. Plus all the tips, tricks, and secrets from professional pastry chef, Catrine Roen.
Take home recipes with different variations of fillings, including the pie that is made in class.
