The Basics of Infant Massage: A baby and parent connection class through hands-on learning

A child and parent development class led by a certified child life specialist, family life educator and infant massage instructor with over 28 years working with children and their families. Baby massage class instructs parents to use gentle and effective infant massage strokes and techniques directly for their babies to assist with sleep, digestion, comfort, and with developmentally appropriate bonding and attachment to their primary caregiver(s) through positive loving touch. This group infant massage class acts as an informal support connection for parents with young babies to get to know other families with little ones in the area which helps with parents’ emotional health and wellness as well as their children’s.
This class is best for babies 6 months and younger along with their parent(s)/guardian(s) One class will teach you all you need to know for the basics of infant massage. *A local north shore community member and parent of two humans a teen and a young adult and a labrador retriever.
