Nicolet Rec. Dept. Offering "Cookbook Club"

Admit it – nothing is easier for researching specific recipes or ingredients than the internet, right? But, browsing through a beautiful cookbook can be both inspiring and relaxing as well, no? I confess that I would like to use my cookbooks a whole lot more for actual cooking, though. Join me for a cooking tour inspired by my favorite cookbooks – some older and some newer. Recipes will be provided for this hands-on cooking class. Please bring a place setting so that you can sample what we prepare together.
