Nicolet Rec. Dept. Offering Korean Cooking

Let’s celebrate Lunar New Year with popular Korean traditional dishes. In this class, the instructor will teach how to make the common dishes made for a festive Korean table with Jap Chae: colorful Sweet Potato Noodles with vegetables, Ttuk Guk: Rice Cake Soup, and an all time favorite, Ttuk Bokki: Spicy Rice Cakes. Participants will also sample the food and enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration. Bring your questions and willingness to try the unique flavors of Korean cuisine.
