Yoga Tots is designed for children and their caretakers of all abilities (parents/caretakers are encouraged to participate). Classes will be playful and challenging, seeking to nurture the inner spirit of each child and promote a love of movement and health. Participants are encouraged to bring mats or go without. The caregiver’s attendance is welcome and encouraged.
