Nicolet Rec. Dept. Offering Real Estate and Covid-19

Let’s face it, not everyone is able to wait until we have a vaccine. Learn how to stay in the market while keeping yourself safe during this pandemic. We will discuss ways to conduct showings, home inspections, appraisals, and closings. If your are selling, we will go over new ways to market your home. Realtors are independent contractors, therefore allowed to make their own standards and procedures while staying within the CDC and Government Guidelines. Learn the best practices for keeping yourself safe during your search and/or sale.

The instructor will contact the registrants prior to the class in regards to meeting log-in credentials.
