Let’s face it, not everyone is able to wait until we have a vaccine. Learn how to get in or stay in the market while keeping yourself safe during this pandemic. We will discuss the best practices for conducting showings, home inspections, appraisals, and closings. If your are selling, we will also go over new ways to market your home. Realtors are independent contractors, therefore allowed to make their own standards and procedures while staying within the CDC and Government Guidelines. Learn the best practices for keeping yourself safe during your search and/or sale.
