Intro to Yoga Clinic
Curious about yoga but don’t want to stress of “figuring it out as you flow?” Join Tigerlily Yoga owner Karn Cronwell for an evening of relaxed experimentation as we learn the names and postures of the most common Asanas (poses) and develop your ability to do them without the pressure of constant motion. By the end of class we will complete the most common of flow sequences, Sun Salutation. Participants will leave feeling empowered with a basic understanding of yoga flow, ready to join us on the mat for yoga flow classes.

Join Karn on the mat to start your day with a centering and strengthening yoga flow. An experienced therapist and yoga teacher, Karn specializes in adapting her flow sequences to embrace all levels of ability, providing modifications and adaptations to meet you where YOUR skills are within your practice. Pairing breathwork and mindfulness with our movement, we’ll build our resilience, flexibility, and strength.
