Join Karn on the mat to start your day with a centering and strengthening yoga flow. An experienced therapist and yoga teacher, Karn specializes in adapting her flow sequences to embrace all levels of ability, providing modifications and adaptations to meet you where YOUR skills are within your practice. Pairing breathwork and mindfulness with our movement, we’ll build our resilience, flexibility, and strength.
