Audio: Nicolet Wrestlers Fall to Port Washington
Inexperience dooms the Knights in their second conference dual.
wrestlers lost their first home conference dual against Port Washington Thursday at Nicolet. Inexperience was the main factor in the 60-3 defeat to the perennial North Shore conference powers.
Senior Jon McKay had the lone victory in the tilt for Nicolet but he felt that the team battled well with such a tough opponent and would have a good shot at beating the Pirates in the conference tournament in February.
