Knights earned No. 1 seed in WIAA summer baseball tourney that opens Tuesday.
Steve Ellmauer was 3-for-3 with a homer as Nicolet routed Germantown 10-2 on Tuesday in a high school baseball game at the Knight's Stormonth Field.
Nicolet has earned a No. 1 seed in its bracket for the WIAA summer baseball tournament, beginning next Tuesday. The Knights host Port Washington at 5:30 p.m. that day in the first round, and with a victory faces the winner of Brown Deer and Whitefish Bay on June 22.
