Preparing for Preschool: Registration Under Way At Area Schools
Here's a Look At Some Area Schools Now Accepting Registration for the 2012-2013 School Season
Finding the right shcool for your child to attend can be an overwhelming task. Registration is going on right now for preschool, 4K and 5K classes for the 2012-2013 school season. If you're shopping around for a school to send your child to, be sure to check out our list of area Preschools now taking applications.
Fox Point Lutheran Church
This is a Christian-based school that established its preschool in 1967. The school welcomes kids as young as two years and nine months of age through four-year-olds. Parent involvement in the classroom is welcomed. Go to the Fox Point Lutheran Church website to print out an application and mail it to the address listed. Rainbow Preschool
is now accepting applications for Fall 2012 for students ages two years and nine months through five-year-olds. Rainbow Preschool is a small, non-profit school that offers two, three and five-day programs. Please go here, for more information on how to register your child.
Stormonth Elementary School
is part of the Fox Point-Bayside School District and is now welcoming parents to register their children for K4 and K5 programs. Read here what forms and paperwork guardians should bring with them to register their child. District residents who are eligible is any child who turns 4-years-old before September 1, 2012 for K4 and any child who turns five before September 1, 2012 for the K5 program.
Nature Preschool
The Nature Preschool at the is the only nature preschool in Wisconsin and has mixed classes of three, four and five-year-olds. For information about the preschool call (414)351-1384 Ext. 154 or go here for an application. New applications will be selected the week of Feb. 6, so any new applications need to be filled out and sent in by Friday, Feb. 3 in order to be considered for the 2012 school year.
