Question of the day: Can we all get along?

MADISON — Can we all get along?

Twenty-two years after Rodney King pondered that in the midst of the L.A. riots — heck, more than a year after the man’s death — the question seems just as relevant.

There’s this:

“We’re not going away, oh, Scotty,” the Solidarity gathering sang Thursday as Capitol Police led members away.

“The Capitol Police are sworn officers who will continue to uphold the law, which has also been upheld by a federal judge,” Stephanie Marquis, spokeswoman for the state Department of Administration, said in a statement.

And this:

According to the latest Marquette Law School poll, 46 percent of Wisconsinitesdisapprove of their conservative governor, Scott Walker.

But 46 percent of Wisconsinites also disapprove of their liberal-minded president, Barack Obama.
