Wondering how much you have in Social Security benefits? Curious how much you've paid into Social Security? Check out the new website for answers to these questions and more.
The Social Security Administration website has a new, easy-to-use online tool for viewing and requesting your Social Security Statement online. The statement provides estimates of your Social Security benefits, a list of your lifetime earnings according to Social Security's records, general information about Social Security, estimated Social Security and Medicare taxes you have paid, information about qualifying and signing up for Medicare, and much more.
To view your Social Security Statement online, you must first create an account with the Social Security Administration.
