Waukesha County Court Commissioner Thomas Pieper ordered a competency hearing Thursday for accused murderer Richard Wilson. The hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in front of Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Bill Domina.
Upon review of the report, Domina will determine if Wilson is competent to proceed to trial. Neither Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel or defense Attorney Jennifer Dorow would comment on the findings of the report.
Dorow and Schimel told Pieper they also didn’t plan to call any witnesses at the review hearing.
