Yom Kippur Eve Services

Celebrate our deepest oneness with G-d and one another in an elevated, food-free, state of being.

6:30pm Candle Lighting
Join Jewish women and girls the world over in lighting a holiday candle for each family member, ushering in this holiest day of the year.

Parents’ Blessing:In the auspicious moments before the onset of the holiday, discover the tender blessings that Jewish parents have blessed their children with throughout the ages, and tell your children of your deepest aspirations and wishes for them. (We’ll have the text for you in Hebrew and English.)

6:45pm High Holiday Youth Services
We’re Not Fasting; What Can We Do?Older kids will join the adults for Kol Nidrei service, followed by a Kids Only Maariv Service. Younger children will have their own service, a holiday game, and a snack. Then, everyone will join in a rousing game of High Holiday Jeopardy.

6:45pm Kol Nidrei Followed by Rabbi’s Talk
Get swept away in the hauntingly beautiful tune of Kol Nidrei.

7:20pm Evening Services
Kiddush Postponed for 24 Hours due to Elevated State of our Beings
