Franklin Brush And Recycling Center Closes Wednesday Until 2022
Franklin's recycling center and brush drop-off facility will close Wednesday for the rest of the year. Here's where else you can go instead.
FRANKLIN, WI β Franklin's brush drop-off and recycling center at the Department of Public Works facility on Ryan road will close Wednesday until 2022.
The facility typically accepts standard recyclable items, larger yard brush, motor oil and car batteries. It is only open for Franklin residents, but after Wednesday, it will be closed, the city announced on its website. The facility is set to reopen in 2022.

12200 W. South County Line Road. Franklin residents with proof only. Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m and Saturday 7 a.m.-3 p.m.

Yard waste and some large household waste are accepted here.
Hazardous waste is not accepted, such as oil, paint or antifreeze. Appliancesβeverything from microwaves to furnaces and dehumidifiers, are not accepted.

Visit this website or call 414-225-2066 for hours and location details. Only Milwaukee County residents may use these facilities.
