There's a new alderman in Franklin. Also: Masks will likely be required for many in the Franklin Public School District.

- Everyone up to 6th Grade is going to have to wear a mask when school starts back up in the Franklin Public Schools. Those in high school and middle school will only have to wear masks if caseloads within the school spike. (Franklin Patch)
