New Associate Principals At Forest Park Middle School

Franklin Public Schools announced the new associate principals for Forest Park Middle School: John Brandes and Jenna Rosienski.

FRANKLIN, WI — Franklin Public Schools announced that it has hired two new associate principals for Forest Park Middle School. Jenna Rosienski and John Brandes will take over as the associate principals.

The positions became vacant when the District hired new principals for Forest Park and Pleasant View Elementary School, according to an announcement from the District.

Brandes was a student in Franklin from 1996-2008. His career in teaching also started in Franklin. He was a social studies and science teacher in Franklin in 2013, and a literacy and social studies teacher at Forest Park thereafter, according to the announcement.

Brandes was the summer school principal in 2019 and the interim associate principal for Franklin High School this year. He has a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire a masters from Carrol University, according to the announcement.

"I am thrilled to serve the students, families, and staff of Forest Park Middle School in this new capacity," Brandes said in a statement. "Having been both a student and teacher within the district, I understand the importance of cultivating a positive school culture where students, staff, and the community are engaged in the social, academic, and emotional growth of all individuals. Together, we will continue to strive toward this goal."

Rosienski was previously a science teacher in Janesville. She won a Teacher of the Year award in 2019 and holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, according to the announcement.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to begin my journey as the Associate Principal at Forest Park Middle School and to serve the Franklin community," Rosienski said in a statement. "I look forward to meeting the entire staff and am eager to build positive relationships as well as learn and grow with all students.”
