New Forest Park Middle School Principal Announced

Franklin Public Schools announced the new principal for Forest Park Middle School, Mr. Jake Misiak.

FRANKLIN, WI — Franklin Public Schools announced Forest Park Middle School's new principal. Mr. Jake Misiak was the associate principal at the school since 2016 and he previously taught math and science classes.

An announcement from Dr. Judy Mueller, district administrator, said Misiak quickly rose to the top of the candidates, and that his many years of experience as a teacher and administrator make him versed in the needs of the district.

“Over the past 5 years, I have been honored to work with the staff of Forest Park and it has been a privilege to serve the families and students of Franklin. I look forward to leading the dedicated staff of Forest Park who are committed to making Forest Park a school where students develop a sense of belonging, are able to explore their passions, and engage in meaningful learning,” Misiak said in the announcement.

Misiak has 12 years of science and math education under his belt, and with his new title, the position of associate principal has opened up at Forest Park, according to the announcement.

"Please join me in welcoming Mr. Misiak to the role of Principal at Forest Park!" Mueller said in the announcement.
