• 'Every day is a struggle': People continue to sleep outdoors as Green Bay searches for homelessness solutions (nbc26.com) — People experiencing homelessness in Green Bay describe nightly searches for safe places to sleep as city leaders debate how to respond. With the low‑barrier emergency shelter only open November through April, more than 200 unsheltered residents face warmer‑weather gaps in services. Another public meeting later this year is expected to outline possible local solutions and policy changes.
