
Greendale High School senior Burgoyne Hughes III was among three of 75 students from 11 schools in Southeastern Wisconsin to have his scientific research paper chosen by professors and presented at UW-Milwaukee’s Science Education Partnership Award (SEPA) Conference this month.
Eleven other GHS students from Honors Biology and AP Biology submitted papers and several received certificates for them at the conference. Eighteen GHS students submitted posters to the research conference, all were able to present their posters and a few were presented with awards.
