Coincidence or Reality?

I find the following interesting:

Mary Burke, a white 1%’er, just used a black man based only on the color of his skin to trick the 99%.

Let’s be honest, the President was speaking to a mainly black audience in an effort to increase the black turn out for a rich white woman. Not because he has been successful or currently popular, but because he is black.

Was this obvious racially motivated stunt pulled by the Burke campaign just a coincidence or does this treatment, of minorities as objects, actually represent the Democratic Part?
