Drunk Teen Faces Drug Charges
Police find pills on 17-year-old who was drunk and had a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit.

A Milwaukee teenager is facing a felony charge after he was caught drunk in Greendale with prescription pills.
Dane A. Bieniek, 17, was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of possession of a controlled substance. If convicted, he could face up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On Dec. 5, Greendale police made contact with Bieniek due to an argument he was involved with when one of the officers noticed he was extremely intoxicated and not old enough to drink. He had a blood alcohol level of 0.226 and was then arrested for underage drinking.
While in custody police found a bag with 12 Acetaminophen/Oxycodone pills.

Bieniek will make his initial appearance in court Jan. 31.
