Veggiemania - Seed Selection and Seed Starting Class

UW Extension Cooperative Education, through its Horticulture Education Center at Boerner Botanical Gardens, is presenting a series of classes this spring called "Hands on Horticulture."  The first group of classes, "Veggiemania," starts off with Seed Selection and Seed Starting.   Because, after all, a successful vegetable garden starts, quite literally, from seed!   You'll leave this class with all the information you need to start putting seeds to soil - including your first seeds already in soil.  Sharon Morrisey, Milwaukee County UW-Extension Consumer Horticulture Agent, will be the instructor.
