Explorium Brewpub’s 'Summer Launch Bash' to Feature Beer, Food and Live Music

GREENDALE, WI — The Explorium Brewpub – the first craft brewery located within a mall in the Milwaukee area –is hosting a Summer Launch Bash on Saturday, May 20, to kick off their first summer at Southridge Mall.

Open from 4 p.m. to midnight, the family-friendly festival will feature beer from Explorium Brewpub and other local breweries, as well as a food tent and live music.

Tickets range from $10-20 and are free for children under 16 years old.

The Summer Launch Bash will be held outside of the Explorium Brewpub in the southwest corner of the Southridge Mall parking lot. The Explorium Brewpub, a locally-owned brewery and restaurant, opened to the public in January.
