Greendale Could See 160-Unit High-End Apartment Complex
An open house will be held Wednesday for people to see plans for the development.

GREENDALE — A massive 160-unit high-end apartment complex is being proposed for property that is located just east of the Southridge shopping mall in Greendale.
According to a report by the Milwaukee Business Journal, Wisconsin developers General Capital Group and Joseph Property Development have plans to build a three-building apartment complex.
Plans Include:
— Clubhouse
— Courtyard
— 64 one-bedroom apartments
— 96 two-bedroom apartments
— 182 underground parking spaces
— 86 surface lot parking spaces
According to the Biz Journal, an open house for the proposed apartments will be held Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., in a meeting space inside the Historic Hose Tower building in Greendale 5699 Parking Street.
