Niche.com, a national consumer ranking website, attempts to answer that very question in the Badger State.

The Niche 2016 Places with the Best Public Schools ranking provides a comprehensive overall assessment of the public education available at the place level. Their ranking takes into account key factors such as the strength of academics, quality of teachers, school resources, the quality of student life, as well as student and parent reviews, in an attempt to measure the overall excellence of the school.
