Greendale Schools Named Top Workplace For 2018
Established in 1938, Greendale Schools is home to more than 2,600 students. This is their third straight year being honored.

GREENDALE, WI -- For the third consecutive year, Greendale Schools has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Being named a Top Workplace is a tremendous honor for our school district, but the results of the survey itself are what we find the most valuable aspect of this experience,” said Gary Kiltz, superintendent of Greendale Schools. “We use data every day to assess how our students are growing in their skills and knowledge, and to determine ways we need to improve that educational experience for them. It is only fitting then, that we use a similar approach to determine how we as an organization are growing and changing to meet the needs of our staff.”
