The teen's mother was moving her daughter’s purse when she noticed paperwork from the Wisconsin Child Support Agency fall out of it. The paperwork, which usually came to her monthly, had the victim’s name on it but with another unknown address.
The suspect told police she used her mother’s Social Security card to change the address and then went around to various stores to purchase food from Sept. 20 to Oct. 7 when the card was discovered. She also took the card and withdrew $100 cash from an ATM.
